Overview

We’re seeking a Solutions Sales Executive based in the Washington, DC area to drive new business and grow client relationships through consultative sales of staffing and professional services. This role is focused on understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions that support business and technology initiatives.

This is strictly a solutions and services sales role. Candidates must have experience selling services or solutions—preferably within staffing or professional services environments. Product-only sales experience is not a fit for this position.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop new business within the Washington, DC market through proactive outreach and networking
  • Build and grow relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations
  • Identify client challenges and deliver appropriate staffing and services solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Expand existing accounts by uncovering new opportunities
  • Partner closely with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful engagements
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and activity tracking in CRM tools
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in solutions, services, or staffing sales
  • Background in consultative, relationship-driven sales (no product-only sales)
