Job Title: Medicare Sales Representative
Facility: Metro Plus Health HQ
Location: New York, NY 10004
Employment Type: Contract
Working Hours: 40 Per Week
Schedule : Days (Mon to Fri)
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential enrollees and determine eligibility for MetroPlusHealth's Medicare products.
Apply all company policies and procedures related to:
Product disclosures and provisions
Enrollment and disenrollment processes
Conduct home visits and personalized appointments to assist with the enrollment process.
Promote MetroPlusHealth's Medicare line at hospitals, senior centers, assisted living facilities, community events, and other designated sites.
Clearly explain covered and non-covered benefits, exclusions, and limitations.
Educate individuals about plan features, benefits, and enrollment procedures.
Education & Experience
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred: College degree or coursework
Experience:
2-3 years in Sales or Customer Relations
Public speaking experience
Medicare Sales experience (preferred)
Licenses & Certifications
NYS Life, Accident & Health License - required at time of hire and must remain valid throughout employment (including timely renewals and continuing education).
