The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for all incoming calls and individuals. Responsibilities included below and other routine procedures. We are looking for individuals who have experienced with HHA Exchange (preferably) are a team player and eager to learn. You will be front lines of our customer service team and will be required to use your problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and inquiries.

Requirements
Must have 1 year receptionist/ customer service experience
Excellent computer skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
