Bonjour! We are looking for an experienced Sommelier to join our team at an upscale French restaurant in Greater Downtown Miami. If you want to be surrounded by consulates, high-end fashion shops and hotels, and be swept away by French-Rivera-inspired details, this job could be right for you. What we need?:
- Must have experience as a Sommelier
- Ensure all liquor stock levels are maintained and correct ordering procedures are carried out
- Must have a Food Handler and Responsible Vendor Certificate
- Fully aware of current legislation regarding hygiene, licensing laws, weights and measures as they apply to the restaurant
- Customer focused and dedicated to team work
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand in a stationary position for long periods of time
