This credential demonstrates a high level of expertise in wine knowledge, service, tasting, and food pairings. Advanced Sommeliers often work in fine dining establishments, leading wine programs, educating staff, and helping guests select wines. Achieving this title requires years of study, practical experience, and a rigorous examination process. It is a significant step toward becoming a Master Sommelier, the highest certification in the field.
