Food Runner – Spago Beverly Hills

At Spago Beverly Hills, exceptional hospitality, precision, and teamwork define every guest experience. We are seeking polished, energetic, and service-driven Food Runners to join our award-winning team and support the seamless execution of service in one of the most iconic fine dining restaurants in the country.

This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, luxury dining environment and are passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences with professionalism and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly, accurately, and with professionalism
  • Serve as a key communication link between the kitchen and front-of-house teams
  • Ensure all food is presented properly and delivered to the correct tables
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stocking of service stations throughout service
  • Assist servers and management in creating a smooth and elevated dining experience
  • Communicate guest requests, dietary restrictions, and allergies with urgency and accuracy
  • Support set-up and breakdown of dining and event spaces as needed
  • Maintain a strong understanding of menu items, preparation methods, and service standards
  • Assist with clearing and resetting tables during service
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years of food runner or expo experience in a fine dining restaurant
  • Strong understanding of restaurant service procedures and dining room operations
  • Professional, polished, and guest-focused demeanor
  • Ability to remain composed and organized in a high-volume environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Positive attitude with a strong sense of urgency
  • Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds as needed
