Job OverviewAll Boro Inc., a trusted name in restoration, remediation, and construction services for over 25 years, is hiring a driven and experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day field and warehouse operations. Based in Amityville, NY, this role balances leadership in office strategy and hands-on field oversight across projects in the Five Boroughs and Long Island. You’ll oversee a $15 million operation, manage project teams and subcontractors, and play a critical role in driving results and maintaining operational excellence. Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage field operations including 2 project managers, 12 in-house technicians, 6 trucks, and subcontractors.
- Supervise daily warehouse functions and coordinate routing, scheduling, and workforce needs.
- Conduct site visits to ensure safety compliance, quality control, and performance expectations.
- Communicate daily with project managers and subcontractors to align on job execution.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and implement effective solutions.
- Participate in weekly P&L reviews and help drive financial performance within labor and material budgets.
- Collaborate with the executive team to define and execute short- and long-term operational goals.
- Oversee hiring, training, and discipline of field staff, promoting accountability and growth.
- Maintain detailed records and ensure accurate reporting across all operational areas.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support company objectives.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in construction and/or restoration industries.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and prioritization skills.
- Budget management experience and ability to interpret P&L statements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of Xactimate and Luxor CRM is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and make real-time decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal communication and team management skills.
- Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs and being on your feet when needed.

- 70% office-based / 30% field-based (Amityville, NY and job sites throughout NYC & Long Island)
- Flexible hours as needed to support field operations
- Hybrid Role – Based out of Amityville, NY with fieldwork across the Five Boroughs and Long Island. Some local travel required.
