The Entry Level CRM & AI Platforms Analyst is responsible for supporting the configuration, optimization, and day-to-day administration of Medivant Healthcare’s enterprise platforms, including ERP systems, CRM applications, workflow automation tools, and emerging AI technologies. This role contributes to digital transformation initiatives by improving system efficiency, supporting users, and assisting with platform integrations and process automation.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated, analytical, and technology-driven professional with a strong foundation in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals seeking hands-on experience in business technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems based on business requirements.
- Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and translate them into system enhancements or process improvements.
- Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings across business applications.
- Create dashboards, reports, and automated workflows to improve visibility and operational efficiency.
- Support integrations between platforms using APIs, connectors, and automation tools.
- Assist in deployment and administration of AI tools, chatbots, AI agents, and workflow automation platforms.
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams or external vendors.
- Perform data imports, data validation, cleansing, migration, and maintenance tasks.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, system documentation, training materials, and process guides.
- Provide end-user training and ongoing support for enterprise platforms.
- Monitor new releases, features, and emerging technologies within ERP, CRM, and AI ecosystems.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to digital transformation and automation.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology, or related field preferred (or currently completing degree).
- 0–3 years of experience in IT systems, business applications, analytics, or technical support preferred but not required.
- Strong interest in enterprise platforms, automation, AI tools, and business technology systems.
- Basic understanding of databases, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and data structures.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to learn new technologies quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
- Familiarity with SQL, APIs, scripting languages, or low-code/no-code platforms.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, workflow automation, or analytics tools.
- Interest in AI platforms, chatbots, and intelligent automation technologies.
