Description

The Patient Access Liaison (PAL) will support Syneos Health and Johnson & Johnson partnership in promoting CAPLYTA, managing designated accounts across an assigned geography.
The Patient Access Liaison will execute the collaborative territory strategic plan through partnership with internal and external stakeholders, which may include sales, market access, and other collaboration partners. Responsibilities include ensuring understanding of reimbursement process, field reimbursement services, and patient support programs. The Patient Access Liaison will also work on patient-level reimbursement issue resolution.
