Rothman Orthopaedics is looking to hire a full time Physical Therapy Front Desk Receptionist based in our Doylestown, PA office!
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM
Job Summary:
The Physical Therapy Front Desk Receptionist greets, instructs, directs and schedules patients and visitors. This individual verifies insurance benefit for all PT/OT appointments and ensures all visits are properly authorized. This individual serves as liaison between patient and PT/OT Staff.
Key Accountabilities:
Increased patient satisfaction, co-pay collection, referral capture, time stamping accuracy, accuracy in demographic and insurance capture, time management (attendance and overtime), chart prep for insurance, co-pay and referral, cross training to assist in other areas
