The Customer Service Specialist provides vehicle program customer support and communication by meeting the needs of donors, buyers, and vendors with support processes that help expedite meeting those needs including data entry, information processing, and document management.

Essential Job Functions for Customer Service Specialist:

• Providing support and communication regarding the Vehicle Program to customers, donors, vendors, buyers, and Donor Service Centers to ensure high-quality customer service
• Accurately entering customer information into various software applications
• Utilizing various software applications to perform administrative duties (sorting, proofreading, copying, managing information)
  

Experience/Skills for Customer Service Specialist:

• Experience taking inbound customer service telephone calls, resolving issues
• Experience with data entry within a database
• Ability to speak with customers with different levels of understanding regarding donations
• Ability to multi-task
• Willingness to cross-train for full office support
• Must have a personable nature with excellent customer service abilities
• Ability to type 50+ words per minute
