ResponsibilitiesPosition OverviewCapture Managers at REI Systems plays a vital role in driving the company's growth within federal IT contracting, with a strong focus on HHS and its agencies including FDA, ACF, CMS, CDC, HRSA, and other federal customers. This role is responsible for leading opportunity pursuits through the full capture lifecycle-from opportunity identification and qualification to proposal development and award. The Capture Manager will manage and pursue opportunities ranging from $10M-$25M+, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build competitive strategies, strengthen customer relationships, and support successful program delivery.
