Position Objective:
The Operations Administrator, O&M is responsible for Operations and Maintenance billing, reporting, document management, and contractor support based at our Madison office, and virtually supporting other locations. This position involves multi-tasking and cross-functional support that contributes and builds teamwork across our expanding renewable energy company.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage invoices, purchase orders, and work orders including the preparation and distribution of documents and other correspondence.
• Assist with Finance and Accounting in managing O&M Invoices.
• Coordinate contracts and reports for O&M and other departments to keep our systems up to date.
• Track work orders from creation to completion while auditing correct documentation.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
• Manage Shipping and receiving for all O&M projects.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and utility requirements.
• Support Asset Owners, Investors, and Utilities.
• Track and manage spare parts inventory.
• Vendor coordination and communication
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of office administration, accounting or similar role.
• 2-4 years of Solar O&M Admin experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office/Office 365 and Google Apps.
• An infectious and positive attitude that sets the tone for our team.
• Self-starter, proactive, takes initiative, can work independently, learn new skills quickly, and enjoy taking ownership of and delivering on administrative functions.
• Strong attention to detail with an organizational capacity to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort with supporting multiple O&M tasks and projects.
• Must have a "roll up your sleeves and let's get the job done right" type attitude.
• Demonstrated qualities of integrity, credibility, and professional responsibility.
• A willingness to contribute to our culture which thrives on building trust and holding one another accountable.
Compensation: $25.30-$37.50/Hour
