Job description
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects following Agile methodologies. This role involves overseeing project deliverables, coordinating with cross functional teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects. The Project Manager will also act as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring the team follows Agile practices and principles.
(1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage project teams in the successful execution of projects using agile methodologies.
2. Act as a scrum master, facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
4. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
5. Implement change management processes to address any scope changes or project deviations.
6. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile best practices within the project team.
7. Report project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
Techno Functional Project Manager with strong Banking domain experience. Payments domain preferred.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficient in agile methodologies and experienced in acting as a scrum master.
2. Solid understanding of project management and change management principles.
3. Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide project teams towards successful project delivery.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members effectively.
5. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast paced environment.
6. Problem-solving skills to address project challenges and ensure project objectives are met.
Certifications: Agile or Scrum Master certification is preferred.
