We’re looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented eDiscovery Project Manager to join our team and help deliver an exceptional employee experience.In this role, the eDiscovery Project Manager is a trusted advisor who delivers strategic, technology-driven solutions that support case teams, clients, and matter success. This role leads matter management and applies innovative legal technologies to streamline workflows, solve complex challenges, and advance case objectives. Working collaboratively with Senior Project Managers, Consulting Managers, Practice Attorneys, Project Coordinators, Data Transformation Analysts, and legal professionals across the firm, the Project Manager drives efficient, client-focused outcomes through expertise, partnership, and innovation.What You’ll DoAdvise legal teams and clients on the strategic use of legal technologies, including AI, to solve complex legal challenges and enhance matter outcomes.Serve as the primary NewLaw contact, managing matters from initiation through successful delivery.Lead multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, timelines, budgets, risks, and evolving scope.Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners supporting forensics, analytics, review, trial readiness, and other litigation services.Apply deep expertise in legal technology platforms, including Relativity, DISCO, and Everchron, to deliver efficient, high-quality solutions.Oversee database design, data transformation, document productions, and other critical matter management activities.Define technical requirements, manage deliverables, ensure quality assurance, and validate production accuracy, including privilege, redactions, conflict coding, and family relationships.Communicate proactively with stakeholders on project status, milestones, risks, costs, and scope changes.Stay current on emerging legal technologies and champion best practices and continuous improvement across the firm.Support business development initiatives, including client presentations, and maintain availability to meet firm and client needs.What You’ll BringBachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of related work experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be substituted.Preferred QualificationsDemonstrates expertise in legal practice technologies, including Generative AI, with exceptional project and matter management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.An innovative problem-solver and trusted client partner, this individual communicates effectively, exercises sound judgment, and takes initiative with minimal supervision.Proficiency in Relativity and/or DISCO, along with the ability to quickly master emerging litigation technologies, is essential.Prior experience in litigation or e-discovery project management is strongly preferred.Why Join Ashurst Perkins Coie?Join a collaborative, high-performing Project Management team where your expertise will help shape the employee experience across our global organization. The listed compensation range reflects the typical pay for this role, though it is rare for new hires to receive an offer at the top of the range.
