Job description

Orchestrates multiple Agile projects, eliminates blockers, and transforms product roadmaps into prioritized user stories while leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver quality solutions. Drives ECWM development and sustainment within DoD contracting operations, seamlessly integrating Agile methodologies while coordinating with Government stakeholders including Contracting Officers and Program Managers. Demands expertise in managing complex Government IT projects under stringent compliance and security frameworks.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Two (2) years relevant experience
  2. Experience delivering multiple Agile projects and removing blockers using the appropriate Agile project management methodology
  3. Experience defining the roadmap with the Product Owner for any given product and translating this into user stories
  4. Experience prioritizing the user stories within product backlog
  5. Experience managing a multi-disciplinary team
  6. Experience with testing to ensure quality levels
  7. Undergraduate degree required
  8. Certified PMP, Scrum Master or equivalent
  9. Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3)
