EPMA is supporting a client seeking a Junior Agile IT Project Manager to support the delivery of multiple technology initiatives within a fast-paced software development environment.
This role is ideal for an early-career project manager who has experience working with Agile teams, software development projects, and cross-functional stakeholders.

What You'll Do
  • Manage the full lifecycle of multiple IT projects from initiation through delivery and closure
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders
  • Create and maintain project documentation including schedules, project plans, risk logs, and status reports
  • Track project progress, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
  • Facilitate project meetings and support requirements gathering sessions
  • Work closely with technical teams to support CI/CD application delivery and integrations
  • Provide regular project updates and executive reporting to stakeholders
 
What You’ll Bring
  • 1–4 years of IT project management experience in a technology or software environment
  • Experience working with Agile frameworks and Scrum methodologies
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and business teams
  • Experience with project tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • CAPM or PMP certification
  • Agile certification (Scrum, PMI-ACP, or similar)
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Exposure to CI/CD application delivery environments
 
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
