Job description

Orchestrates multiple Agile projects, eliminates blockers, and transforms product roadmaps into prioritized user stories while leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver quality solutions. Drives ECWM development and sustainment within DoD contracting operations, seamlessly integrating Agile methodologies while coordinating with Government stakeholders including Contracting Officers and Program Managers. Demands expertise in managing complex Government IT projects under stringent compliance and security frameworks.Minimum Requirements:Two (2) years relevant experienceExperience delivering multiple Agile projects and removing blockers using the appropriate Agile project management methodologyExperience defining the roadmap with the Product Owner for any given product and translating this into user storiesExperience prioritizing the user stories within product backlogExperience managing a multi-disciplinary teamExperience with testing to ensure quality levelsUndergraduate degree requiredCertified PMP, Scrum Master or equivalentMust possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3)
