The Agile Project Manager plays a critical role in enabling the success of enterprise systems and engineering teams by establishing, evolving, and executing an Agile project management framework, primarily based on Scrum. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical execution by facilitating Agile ceremonies, ensuring clarity in user stories, and maintaining visibility into team progress. By doing so, the Agile Project Manager ensures that the Web & Member Experience and Enterprise Systems teams are aligned, focused, and consistently delivering value on key projects efficiently.
