About FlightSafety International FlightSafety International is the world's premier professional aviation training company and supplier of flight simulators, visual systems and displays to commercial, government and military organizations. The company provides training for pilots, technicians and other aviation professionals from 167 countries and independent territories. FlightSafety operates the world's largest fleet of advanced full-flight simulators and award-winning maintenance training at Learning Centers and training locations in the United States, Canada, France and the United Kingdom.

Purpose of Position The Project Manager, Agile is responsible for planning and closing projects while ensuing they are completed on time, within scope and budget. The role involves coordinating teams, communicating with stakeholders and customer needs. Tasks and Responsibilities Ensures that project requirements are clearly defined and successfully delivered while keeping all stakeholders aligned and informed.

Coordinates cross-functional team to deliver complex 3D modeling, animation, and database projects using Agile process and methodologies. Ensures projects are completed on time, within scope and budget, and to high-quality standards, while fostering collaboration across all stakeholders. Responds to customer support questions, utilizing other resources when necessary to help solve customer issues and serving as a liaison with FSI management.

Clearly define delivery, timelines and responsibilities. Understands project scopes and budgets and can provide reasonable estimates for work to be accomplished. Escalates risks.

Address disagreements or concerns professionally, focusing on solutions that balance customers' satisfaction with project constraints. Identify all relevant stakeholders and tailor communication to their needs, ensuring everyone remains informed and engaged. Maintain clear records of visual database documentation (VDBDD, VDD, ICD, ATP, SVD, SOW and Technical Volumes) Present and provide PowerPoint Presentation for CDR, Database Review (50/100 review) and One-site Testing showing requirements, debriefing, status, and issue tracking.

Track and close out maintenance tickets for accounting. Adhere to a work schedule including prompt and regular attendance. Travel at least 3-4 times a year for on-site testing.

Minimum Education Associate degree in relevant profession. Minimum Experience 3+ years of related experience preferred or combination of education and experience. 5+ years of experience with FSI products and workflows or equivalent industry + FSI experience.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Windows, Microsoft Office, project management tools, and basic office equipment Fluency in English, through both verbal and written communications; able to read, speak, or write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; Able to effectively present information in one-on-one or small group presentations. Able to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume; Able to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions; Able to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
