Job description

Talis Group's client is a well-established and growing family-owned leader in Creative, Powerful and Revolutionary Print. This company is seeking an IT / Digital Storefront Associate to be responsible for supporting and maintaining the company’s technology infrastructure while managing and growing the digital storefront platform. This role serves as the primary liaison between the company and external IT vendors, ensures smooth day-to-day IT operations, and supports digital customer onboarding and online presence.
Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 + Full benefit package: Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, 401K + Paid vacation and holidays.
HIGHLIGHTED DUTIES:
  • Serve as the primary internal contact for external IT vendor support (ABS).
  • Order, install, configure, and maintain electronic equipment and peripherals including computers, phones, and related devices.
  • Manage phone systems and troubleshoot communication issues.
  • Maintain internet connectivity and Wi-Fi network performance.
  • Oversee security camera and alarm systems.
  • Manage IT security, user permissions, and system access across platforms including Monarch and other systems.
  • Maintain software subscriptions, licenses, and electronic system renewals.
  • Maintain and update digital storefront platforms.
  • Assist with the setup and launch of new storefronts.
  • Manage and update company websites and social media accounts.
  • Generate shipping labels for large distribution and fulfillment projects.
  • Assist departments with system-based operational support as needed.

 HIGHLIGHTED REQUIREMENTS:
  • Proficiency in both Mac and PC environments.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple systems, projects, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience managing websites or e-commerce/storefront platforms.
  • Familiarity with IT systems, networking, and security protocols.
  • Basic understanding of social media management and digital content updates.
