Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master

Dexian is seeking a versatile Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master for a multi-year engagement with a foremost Healthcare IT Group who work on applications to aid the interaction between Physicians and Patients. This resource must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area. This fast-moving team works on both external and internal facing applications and is seeking a proven Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master to work simultaneously on multiple small and large projects, and to interact closely with the business team and development team to ensure the rapid delivery of high quality products.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate sprints and stand-ups.
  • Manage project timelines and scope.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration and internal communication.
  • Help on-board and mentor new developers joining the team.
  • Work together with product owners to handle new requests and backlogs.
  • Help development teams to attain a higher level of Scrum maturity.
  • Remove obstacles and resolve conflicts that occur.
  • Keep teams focused on the current sprint goals.

Requirements:

  • Must have experience in the Scrum Master role.
  • Software development lifecycle knowledge.
  • Software development background is a plus.
