Job description

Role Overview:
This role involves serving as a Senior Scrum Master and Agile Team Coach, primarily focused on project and delivery management for a data migration squad. The individual will ensure alignment of squad delivery with product value and needs, manage dependencies, and facilitate core Agile and SAFe ceremonies in a highly interdependent, delivery-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a deep understanding of processes and priorities in partnership with the Chief Product Manager.
  • Own day-to-day delivery orchestration for the data migration squad, including coordination of migration readiness, sequencing, and validation activities.
  • Identify, manage, and address dependencies with external programs, collaborating with the Technical Product Owner (TPO) and Release Train Engineer (RTE).
  • Serve as a Scrum Master, facilitating core Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coach the squad on pragmatic application of SAFe principles.
  • Support ART-level ceremonies including PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, and System Demos.
  • Act as a central coordination point between Product Analysts, Technical Product Owners, architects, and delivery partners.
  • Maintain Jira plans, delivery boards, and execution metrics to ensure transparency.
  • Leverage Confluence to document delivery plans, assumptions, and key decisions.
  • Help manage risks and dependencies related to data quality, system constraints, and migration cutover activities.
  • Enable effective collaboration between globally distributed team members and stakeholders.

Required Skills:
  • At least 7+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Team Coach on technical delivery teams.
  • At least 5 years of experience delivering technical solutions.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the Medical Device industry (familiarity with regulated environments).
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution tracking, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
  • Strong experience supporting data migration, system modernization, or platform transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Agile and SAFe principles and practices.
  • SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP), Certified Scrum Coach (CSC) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • At least 1 year of experience leading teams through a Product Increment (PI) cycle.
  • Experience leading globally distributed, remote teams with significant cross-squad dependencies.
  • Hands-on experience using JIRA and Confluence for Agile execution and reporting.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Strong understanding and experience in software development lifecycle process (SDLC).
  • Good understanding and practical application of generative and agentic AI.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in PLM environments, preferably with PTC Windchill (strong grasp of Change Control process).
  • Exposure to data domains such as master data, migration validation, or data governance.
  • Skills: EIS PLM - Windchill Technical.
