Job Title: Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager (Agile Delivery)
Looking for a dynamic Scrum Master cum Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery for our client's automotive and fleet management platforms. You'll manage distributed teams (onsite-offshore), client stakeholders (CTO/VP/Director level), and Azure DevOps sprints while maintaining sprint velocity and client commitments.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews) for 10-15 member distributed teams across time zones.
• Manage client relationships and executive escalations, ensuring alignment with client leadership expectations
• Track and report sprint progress using Azure DevOps (Burndown charts, velocity, impediments) with daily EOD summaries for offshore visibility.
• Drive cross-functional coordination between .NET/React devs, Data Engineers, Azure DevOps, QA, and client Product/Program Managers.
• Implement risk management and dependency resolution, escalating blockers to leadership
• Facilitate sprint activities, backlog refinement, and user story acceptance criteria with client stakeholders.
• Ensure onshore-offshore alignment through optimal meeting cadences (overlap hours) and transparent communication.
