Facilitate Scrum Events Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Agile Coaching Mentor and support scrum teams in following agile practices and principles.
Project Management Plan, manage, and deliver solutions using agile methodology.
Ensure alignment between technical teams and business goals.
Issue and Risk Management Identify, manage, and resolve issues, risks, and action items.
Jira Management Utilize Jira for tracking stories, epics, and overall project progress. Ensure proper setup and usage of Jira Align for dependency management.
Collaboration Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
