Everforth ECS is seeking a Agile Project Manager to work in Fairfax, VA office. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Everforth ECS is seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead cross-functional delivery teams supporting enterprise data modernization and advanced analytics initiatives for the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). The Agile PM will drive execution using Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, while ensuring alignment between technical delivery, stakeholder priorities, and mission outcomes. This role will support data management, AI/ML readiness, and cloud modernization initiatives critical to CPSC's Sentinel-driven product safety analytics environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Agile delivery activities across cross-functional technical and business teams.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Manage Kanban workflows and optimize throughput in continuous delivery environments.
  • Coordinate delivery dependencies across multiple Agile teams and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project roadmaps, release plans, schedules, and risk registers aligned to mission priorities.
  • Track and communicate progress against key performance indicators (KPIs), milestones, and delivery objectives.
  • Anticipate project risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain delivery predictability.
  • Utilize Agile project management tools including Azure Boards, MS Planner, Jira, or equivalent platforms.
  • Develop dashboards and executive-level reporting artifacts for transparency into delivery status, team velocity, and program health.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between government stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.
  • Facilitate collaborative decision-making and resolve delivery impediments to maintain team effectiveness.
  • Promote Agile best practices, continuous improvement, and organizational adaptability.
  • Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, roles, and responsibilities.

Salary Range: $120,000-$150,000
