Job description

Job Requirements:

The Project Technical Lead will oversee planning and execution for an IAM/customer authentication replacement initiative focused on improving the customer sign-on experience. The role will coordinate across product, architecture, development, testing, security, infrastructure, release management, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Agile PM with PMP active certification required.
The Project Manager will own the integrated implementation plan, manage dependencies, track milestones and risks, facilitate communication, and support migration and launch readiness.

Key Responsibilities

ยท       Develop and maintain the end-to-end implementation plan, including scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, and timelines.

ยท       Coordinate delivery activities across product, architecture, development, testing, security, infrastructure, operations, release, and business teams.

ยท       Manage project governance, including status reporting, milestone tracking, risk/issue management, decision logs, and escalation processes.

ยท       Facilitate cross-functional meetings, working sessions, readiness reviews, checkpoint reviews, and leadership updates.

ยท       Track dependencies related to Ping Identity configuration, React mobile web sign-on UI, Java backend/API services, integration testing, migration, and deployment.

ยท       Coordinate communication planning across impacted stakeholders, including internal teams, operations, support groups, and business partners.

ยท       Support migration planning from the existing IAM solution to the replacement authentication platform, including cutover preparation and rollback coordination.

ยท       Partner with Scrum Master and delivery teams to align Agile sprint execution with the broader program implementation plan.

ยท       Ensure test readiness, environment readiness, release readiness, operational readiness, and production support readiness are tracked and completed.
