Mastech Digital provides digital and mainstream technology staff as well as Digital Transformation Services for all American Corporations. We are currently seeking an IAM Support Consultant for our client in the Professional Services domain. We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for growth. This is a Contract position, and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Location: Remote (PST)
Salary: $62.00/ Hourly
Role: IAM Support Consultant
Primary Skills: SailPoint, CyberArk and Okta
Role Description: The IAM Support Consultant must have 5-8 years of experience.
Must Have:
- Work in a team environment that supports clients 16 hours a day, 7 days a week—including weekends and evenings. Only apply if you are comfortable with the rotational shift.
- Experienced with SailPoint, CyberArk and Okta, experience with any 2 is mandatory
Responsibilities:
- Should be flexible for the shift hours 16x7 coverage (weekends, day, and evening)
- Must be able to deliver quality work against planned timeframes for performance.
- Developing and supporting IAM solutions
- Responding to L1 and L2 support tickets
- Managing user identities and access rights
- Meet SLA’s
- Delivering reports, metrics, KPIs in a timely manner
- A quick learner and adaptable to changing environments.
- Build strong professional working relationships with client personnel.
- Deliver timely and high-quality work diligently.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of IAM domain experience.
- Understand IAM solution design and configuration.
- Must have proficiency in at least two IAM products (SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Azure, Active Directory, and desired proficiency in Venafi, RSA secure ID etc.)
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent industry experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent
Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience
Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses
Travel: No
Local Preferred: Yes
Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)
