Job description
Travel Life is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of our vacation rental properties. This role focuses on property inspections, maintenance coordination, guest readiness, and vendor communication to ensure homes meet quality standards and guests have an excellent experience!
Requirements
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular property inspections for cleanliness, damage, and maintenance issues
- Travel between properties to prepare homes for guest arrivals
- Coordinate with cleaners, vendors, contractors, and internal teams
- Assist with day-to-day maintenance and perform minor repairs
- Track inspection results, maintenance needs, and inventory
- Deliver guest-requested items as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of property management, hospitality, or facilities experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work weekends and on-call shifts
Skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving ability
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs/ladders, and stand or walk for extended periods
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
