Director of Food & Beverage - Boutique Luxury Hotel

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPECTATIONS:
• 3 yr experience in full service luxury hotel f&b
• Comfortable working in fast paced, high-energy environment.
• Strong sense of urgency and service orientation
• Strong leadership and ability to identify talent, nurture and mentor others
• Good administrator and ability to set and manage sound financial controls
• Sense of humor, friendly and positive attitude
• Knowledgeable of fine dining and current trends in menu development
• Able to work and collaborate positively with Executive Chef and culinary team
• Knowledgeable of latest cocktail and bar management trends
• Knowledge of Silverware POS is a plus, but not required
• Cooperate and communicate with all bar, service, and kitchen staff in a positive, collaborate way
• Responsible for wishing all guests a warm welcome and farewell
• Implement and enforce La Colombe d'Or Hotel policies and procedures
• Maintain an extremely clean work environment, front and back of the house
• Be dependable, reliable, demonstrate an impeccable integrity and teambuilding ability
