Internship Program Overview
The Justrite Safety Group Summer Internship Program is a high-impact, project-based experience designed to develop the next generation of leaders in industrial safety manufacturing.
Interns are not observers...they are key contributors. Each intern is assigned a capstone project tied to real business priorities and works closely with experienced leaders, high-potential mentors, and cross-functional teams.

- Create a pipeline into future full-time and leadership development opportunities at Justrite Safety Group
- Top-performing interns may be considered for full-time roles or future leadership development programs upon graduation.
Position Summary
The Digital Sales Intern will support the team through a structured capstone project aligned to key business needs. This role offers hands-on experience in an industrial safety manufacturing environment, exposure to real-world challenges, and the opportunity to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary by function but may include:
- Execute a defined capstone project addressing a real business problem or opportunity
- Evaluate current targeting strategies, gaps, and opportunities
- Analyze existing customer segments
- Define a digital sales process that enables broader customer coverage
- Research and evaluate tools and data sources
- Support the development of digital demand content
- Participate in Intern Week, professional development sessions, and networking events
- Present final project outcomes and recommendations during Capstone Presentations to leadership

Qualifications / Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Curiosity, initiative, and interest in industrial manufacturing or safety solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); additional tools a plus
- Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc) preffered
