Role: Production Supervisor
Location: South Windsor, CT
Role Type: Full time
JOB Details:
Client is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee production floor operations and ensure all client SLAs, SEC requirements, and contractual obligations are met in the most cost-effective manner possible. This person will prioritize client mailings, maximize machine throughput, coordinate labor across departments, and help maintain high quality standards across the operation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee labor on the production floor to ensure efficient operations
  • Prioritize jobs and ensure the right work is running on the right machines
  • Maximize machine throughput and minimize downtime
  • Coordinate staffing levels based on workflow and production volume
  • Cross-train associates across production operations
  • Ensure operators receive proper technical, quality, and ISO training
  • Communicate shift priorities clearly through verbal and email turnovers
  • Monitor parts inventory and coordinate with vendors as needed
  • Work with Operations on preventive maintenance scheduling

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3–5 years of supervisory experience
  • 3–5 years of print maintenance experience
