Job description

Position Summary:

The Production Workflow Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing and ensuring that all orders are processed and shipped according to company standards and customer requirements. This role will lead a team through the entire workflow, including Batch Research/Allocation, Filters/Workflow, Batch Upgrades, Order Execution, Samples management, and Corporate orders fulfillment.

1st Shift - 7:00am-3:30pm (Peak Schedule Varies)

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee batch research to determine optimal component allocation.
  • Assign and release batches based on production schedules and inventory levels.
  • Implement and manage operation filters within the production workflow.
  • Optimize and streamline workflows to reduce bottlenecks and improve productivity.
  • Ensure all documentation and process flows are maintained according to SOPs.
  • Oversee batch upgrade processes to ensure smooth transitions between production cycles.
  • Validate batch adjustments and communicate changes to team members.
  • Maintain records of upgrades and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Monitor order progress to meet deadlines.
  • Resolve any discrepancies in order fulfillment and coordinate with production teams.
  • Supervise the creation, tracking, and distribution of product samples.
  • Ensure proper documentation is updated and communicated with stakeholders.
  • Complete thorough machine checks for End of Shift
  • Review schedules for accuracy and completion.
  • Update and review timecards.
  • Other Duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • 3+ years in a manufacturing or warehouse supervisory role
  • Experience with batch processing and workflow management
  • Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and production tracking tools

  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

  • Located in a fast-paced production and warehouse setting.
  • Ability to stand, walk, twist, and reach for extended periods (8-10 hours), use hands to operate keyboards and controls, and regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • During the holiday seasons, time off is limited.

The expected salary range for this position is $23.00-$28.00 hourly. The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by the law.
