Job Description
Client is a mid-sized general practice law firm with offices in the NJ/NY Metropolitan area. Our commitment to excellence, combined with our creative and collaborative workplace, has earned our firm an unparalleled reputation with clients and the legal community.
We have an immediate opening for an experienced Family LawAttorney for our Hudson County offices. We seek an enthusiastic, motivated Family Law attorney with at least three years of Family Law experience to join our growing team of practitioners. Partners and small groups will also be considered. The candidate must have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, interrogatories, case information statements, settlement agreements and final judgments. The candidate will regularly attend court appearances, depositions and argue motions. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with clients, adversaries, and colleagues. Prior Law Clerk experience is a plus.
