A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate to join its growing Philadelphia office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in working on sophisticated traditional labor matters for management-side clients while building a long-term practice within a highly respected national Labor & Employment platform.

The Role

โ€ข Traditional labor law matters
โ€ข Labor arbitrations and grievance proceedings
โ€ข Collective bargaining negotiations
โ€ข Union avoidance counseling and strategy
โ€ข Prosecuting and defending unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB)
โ€ข Labor relations counseling for employers
โ€ข Direct client interaction and substantive responsibility
โ€ข Collaboration with a nationally recognized Labor & Employment team

Ideal Background

โ€ข Approximately 2โ€“5 years of labor and employment experience
โ€ข Experience with traditional labor law matters strongly preferred
โ€ข Experience serving as first or second chair in labor arbitrations is a plus
