We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supported Employment Supervisor to lead our Supported Employment Department. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals in achieving competitive employment. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, collaborate with team members, and ensure that clients receive the highest quality of service to meet their employment goals.


Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the Supported Employment Department to ensure program effectiveness and efficiency.

- Collaborate closely with Case Managers, Job Coaches, and Job Developers to facilitate successful employment placements and ongoing support for clients.

- Provide training, supervision, and mentorship to staff members to enhance their skills and ensure they meet their responsibilities and goals.

- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, offering feedback and coaching to promote professional growth.

- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with organizational policies and funding requirements.

- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment that encourages continuous improvement and development.
