Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Employment Law Attorney to join our plaintiff-side practice. This role focuses on advocating for employees in a wide range of workplace disputes, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, and whistleblower claims.


Responsibilities

  • Handle a full caseload of plaintiff-side employment matters from inception through trial or settlement
  • Conduct client intake interviews and case evaluations
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings
  • Negotiate settlements and advocate for favorable outcomes
  • Stay current on employment law developments and apply them strategically

Requirements

  • Active license and good standing in CA
  • 2–7+ years of employment law experience (plaintiff-side strongly preferred)
  • Strong litigation, writing, and oral advocacy skills
  • Experience with discovery, depositions, and motion practice
  • Trial experience is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple cases independently

Location: In-person (Burbank, CA)
