Location: Bellevue, WA (onsite)
Duration: 6+ month contract
Compensation: $40.00 - 45.00/hr. W2

This role offers the opportunity to partner cross-functionally with supply chain, finance, sourcing, and vendor management teams to help drive operational efficiency and ensure smooth procurement processes across multiple workstreams.

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU
  • Manage purchase order (PO) creation, tracking, maintenance, and closure activities across multiple vendors and programs
  • Monitor and resolve invoices on hold by partnering with finance, accounts payable, and suppliers to ensure timely payment processing
  • Support vendor onboarding activities, including documentation collection, system setup, and coordination with internal compliance processes
  • Track procurement metrics, maintain accurate records, and provide status updates to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with sourcing, supply chain, and operational teams to identify and resolve procurement-related issues
  • Utilize procurement and workflow management tools to support day-to-day operations and reporting
  • Help improve procurement processes and contribute to operational best practices
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
  • Experience managing purchase orders (POs) and procurement operations
  • Ability to resolve invoice discrepancies and invoices on hold in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting vendor onboarding and supplier coordination
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
