Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary
Procurement Consultant to review bank's existing procurement framework, policies and establish a robust, scalable procurement operating model. The consultant will assess existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design standardized procurement policies, governance, and best practices to improve efficiency, compliance, and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Assess current procurement processes, policies, systems, and governance.
โ€ข Identify process gaps, risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
โ€ข Design and implement standardized end-to-end procurement processes and SOPs.
โ€ข Develop procurement policies, approval workflows, and governance frameworks.
โ€ข Recommend procurement technology and automation improvements.
โ€ข Establish vendor management, sourcing, and contract management frameworks.
โ€ข Define procurement KPIs, reporting, and performance dashboards.
โ€ข Engage stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and support change management.
โ€ข Deliver a procurement transformation roadmap and implementation plan.
Required Experience
โ€ข 812+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or procurement transformation experience.
โ€ข Proven experience in procurement process redesign and operating model development.
โ€ข Strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), supplier management, and procurement governance.
โ€ข Experience with procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
