Position Overview
Were hiring Hood Cleaning Technicians in Tallahassee, FL. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and essential to ensuring fire safety in commercial kitchens. Youll work mostly overnight shifts cleaning exhaust systems, documenting services, and working as part of a team to deliver excellent results.
All new hires begin with paid hands-on training at our headquarters in Atlanta (Woodstock, GA).
During this training, housing and food are fully covered by the company.
The training period typically lasts 612 weeks, depending on each individuals experience level and performance. Experienced crews may complete training in as little as 24 weeks before returning to Tallahassee to begin full-time work in their local market.
Training pay is $18$23 per hour and applies only during the short training period. Once training is completed, technicians transition to full pay, earning $1,350$2,000+ per week based on performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities
Clean commercial kitchen exhaust systems to fire code standards
Operate cleaning equipment, lifts, and vehicles safely
Work overnight shifts (SundayThursday nights typical)
Take before-and-after photos and submit reports
Deliver professional customer service at client locations
Support team members to ensure jobs are completed on time
Qualifications
No experience required full training provided
Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work on rooftops
Comfortable with overnight work
Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
Compensation Summary
Training Period: $18$23/hour (612 weeks, depending on experience)
Post-Training: $1,350$2,000+ per week
Experienced crews: May complete training in 24 weeks
The $18$23/hr rate applies only during the training period in Atlanta. Once you complete training and begin full-time work in Tallahassee, you will transition to our production-based pay model, where technicians regularly earn between $1,350 and $2,000+ per week depending on performance and efficiency.
