Title of Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Job Descriptions: The Assistant Restaurant Manager will create an environment where everyone is motivated to attain mutual goals and objectives. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will take part in maintaining as well as increasing standards of customer service and will also play an essential role in the development and training of our associates. As our Assistant Restaurant Manager your duties will also include but not be limited to: overseeing daily operations of the entire restaurant and facilities, lead team members in sanitation, safety, and accident prevention principles.

Qualifications:

• The Assistant Restaurant Manager must have high volume Quick Serve or Fast Casual restaurant management experience of at least 3 years.
• A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the Assistant Restaurant Manager
• A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Assistant Restaurant Manager
