We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Leasing and Property Management Summer Intern at our Big Creek, Four Seasons, Liberty Hill, Settler's Landing, or Pine Ridge Properties in Northeast Ohio! As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the real estate industry and develop your skills in leasing and property management.

Responsibilities:


- Assist with leasing activities, including showing apartments, responding to inquiries, and processing applications

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the local real estate market

- Assist with property management tasks, such as coordinating maintenance requests and inspections

- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants

- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective tenants



Requirements:

- Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in a related field such as real estate, business, or marketing

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
