Business Development Representative - Full-time
Location: Pendleton, IN
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles, preferably within the restoration or construction industry
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and partners
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Job Description
Identify and cultivate relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, plumbers, multi-family property managers, commercial property managers, real estate agents, and HVAC companies to generate leads and referrals
Proactively reach out to potential referral sources through various channels, including cold calls, setting appointments, phone calls, emails, and networking events
Educate potential partners about Our Restoration's services and benefits, emphasizing our customer service (4.9 Google rating) coupled with expertise in water damage restoration, mold remediation, and air duct cleaning
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials to support lead-generation efforts
Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities
Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics regularly
