Business Development Manager- Full-Time
Location: St. Louis, MO, 63105

Experience you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, lending, investment management, or similar/relevant corporate development or financial services fields.
  • Experience with organizing a team and driving results; project management experience preferred.
  • Excitement to build a career in private equity in a non-deal execution, business development role.
  • University degree.

What you will be doing:

  • Coordinate and support efforts to source new investment opportunities.
  • Develop and engage a curated network of value-creating executives.
  • Coordinate interactions with other investors.
  • Drive the marketing efforts of our firm.
  • Develop annual business development plans to ensure effective coverage of relevant intermediaries, geographies, companies, and industries.
  • Plan individual business development trips and broader, full-team events.
  • Organize our direct sourcing process.
  • Drive broad awareness of the firm.
  • Support tactical interactions and communications with other investors.
  • Engage a network of experts to drive value for the company.
  • Manage our business development platform, DealCloud.
  • Obtain information for relevant deals.
  • Plan and execute relationship-building events.
  • Identify new sources of deal flow.
  • Manage the marketing of Broadview, including website, hard copy marketing materials and social media presence.
