Job Overview:
 
Pay Range: $25hr - $27hr
  • Responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the Human Resources department, serving as the initial point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies and procedures, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across the organization. 
  • The role involves supporting HR programs, assisting with annual HR processes, contributing to HR projects, and helping ensure compliance with labor laws and corporate HR policies.

Experience:

  • Experience or strong interest in Human Resources preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational and administrative support to the HR department.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Support annual HR processes and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR professionals on HR programs and projects.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to managers and employees.
  • Identify trends in employee issues and recommend process improvements.
  • Support implementation of new HR procedures.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with federal and state labor law requirements and HR compliance efforts.
