You will be supported by a training team, business operations consultant, and support center staff who are committed to helping you achieve your dreams and be a successful restaurant leader. JOB OVERVIEW: * Train corporate and franchise restaurant staff on Costa Vida brand processes and procedures. * Travel and train restaurant team members on back-of-house systems, front-of-house processes, point-of-sales systems, and procedures. * Demonstrate excellent guest relations and operational excellence of brand standards. * Recognize team members through positive and respectful leadership. * Continually review restaurant training operations and identify any issues, concerns, and opportunities for improvement. * Lead with a culture of food safety that exceeds company standards in food quality, food safety practices, and cleanliness. WHAT DO YOU BRING: * Minimum of two years of supervisor restaurant experience, training, retail, or hospitality industry. * Knowledge of back-of-house systems, point-of-sale systems, restaurant operations, budgeting concepts, and inventory management. * Ability to work necessary hours with flexibility to work variable shifts throughout the week which includes opening, mid, and closing shifts when needed to help set up the restaurant for success.
