Job description

Saint Paul Catholic Classical School seeks a dynamic Admissions Coordinator. Saint Paul Catholic Classical School is a Catholic, classical liberal arts school serving students in grades PK3-8th grade. Saint Paul Catholic Classical School's mission extends the mission of the church by accompanying parents on their journey as primary educators to unlock the wonders of God's creation through a comprehensive, faith-based, classical education. Our Classical Liberal Arts curriculum places Christ at the center of all things by instilling virtue and wisdom in each student.
We are seeking a candidate for a part-time Admissions Coordinator who possesses a desire to build relationships with prospective and current students and families, and has a deep understanding of the methods and means to recruit students. The candidate should have a familiarity with the classical academic philosophy. The Admissions Coordinator supports student recruitment and enrollment efforts and serves as a welcoming point of contact for prospective families. The Admissions Coordinator will help guide families through the admissions process in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.
The candidate understands that building relationships with prospective students and families is key, and all tasks must be in line with the school's mission, culture, and branding. Reporting to the principal, the coordinator works to ensure the school communicates with all stakeholders to ensure its lifelong success by growing the school enrollment. Ideally, the candidate will possess a love for lifelong learning, have an understanding and appreciation for a classical liberal arts education, and be committed to forming Christ-centered leaders in the Catholic faith.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Committed to embracing and fulfilling the school's mission and vision
  • Familiarity with classical/liberal arts education
  • Manage and support the admissions process for PK3-8th-grade applicants
  • Communicate with prospective families in English and Spanish (oral and written)
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Coordinate school tours, shadow days, and information sessions
  • Plan and execute open houses and recruitment events
  • Maintain accurate admissions and enrollment records
  • Support new family onboarding and current family re-enrollment efforts
  • Represent the school at parish and community events as needed
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in all MS Office applications and Canva. Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus.
  • Experience in admissions, customer service, or school office work preferred
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Practicing Catholic preferred

Work Schedule
  • Flexible, part-time schedule (approximately 20 hours per week)
  • Some evening or weekend hours required for events
