Compensation: $50-55K
Job Summary
We're looking for a dependable and people-savvy HR Assistant to support our HR Business Partner team and help keep daily operations running efficiently. You'll be a go-to resource for staff, managers, and candidates — keeping things organized, communication flowing, and processes on track. If you're tech-comfortable, a natural multitasker, and enjoy being the person who keeps everything connected, this role is a great fit.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a friendly, professional point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and leadership
- Monitor and manage the ASKHR inbox daily for your assigned campus
- Verify credentials and licenses for contracted staff within the vendor management system
- Help departments submit contracted staff requests, including creating requisitions and contracts
- Maintain regular communication with departments and staffing agencies
- Support the HRBP team with New Hire orientation prep and follow-up
- Send out timely email communications for 5/45-day surveys, 90-day performance evaluations, non-productive hours tracking, and exit surveys
- Set up contracted staff profiles in Kronos for timekeeping
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and departments across all facilities
- Cover the front desk as needed
- Pitch in on special projects and other responsibilities as they come up
What We're Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and findings clearly
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with solid critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work independently and collaborate well across diverse healthcare departments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office — Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook
Education
- Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
