JOB TITLE: Office Support - Accounting
LOCATION: Luray, Virginia (MUST be current HUBZone resident)
CLEARANCE: Must be clear-able to review and process US government CUI and ITAR.
STATUS: Part-Time - Up to 24 hrs weekly
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
TIME KEEPING:

• Review time cards for completion on a daily basis.
• Track time cards completion status for every employee.
• Update and track leave (vacation, banked vacation, and holidays).
• Create/Modify/Delete accounts for timekeeping system.
• Create/Modify/Delete charge accounts for employees.
• Generate reports from timekeeping system.
• Generate/update summary MS Excel spreadsheets.
TRAVEL COORDINATION:
• Work with travelers to create travel budgets, which are OPM compliant and conform to internal standards.
• Acquire approval for travel budgets.
• Make reservations for traveling employees if requested.
• Review travel expenses of employees to ensure compliance.
• Invoices
• Create/submit travel and labor invoices as needed.
• Validate payment status.
BUDGETS:
• Track overhead purchases.
• Create/monitor/report overhead budgets.
• Generate proposal rates.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be detail oriented.
• Must be comfortable with math.
• Must have excellent MS Excel spreadsheet skills.
• Accounting experience and/or degrees preferred.
• Experience with government contracting desired.
