Rocco's Tacos and Tequila Bar is looking for a Manager to join our restaurant in Boca Raton! If you are hardworking, reliable, and passionate, then come work for us! We are looking for candidates with open availability, has 2+ years experience in management in high volume restaurants($6-$8 million sales) and understands the intricacies of the restaurant business! Starting Pay-$55,000, benefits-1st of the month following 60 days of employment, PTO, and dining discounts to all 16 Restaurants. CLOSED ON CHRISTMAS!
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
Qualifications:
- Two+ plus years in a management role in the restaurant industry
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Proven customer service experience as a manager
- Experience with working shifts 10-12 hours
- Tequila Knowledge a Plus
