What We are Looking For:
We are looking to hire an Assistant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our Apartment buildings in Richton Park.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26-$28

What you will be doing:
As an Assistant Community Manager, you will aid the Community Manager in overseeing property operations, ensuring that the maintenance and leasing teams effectively complete their tasks. In this role, you'll also serve along with the Community Manager as the primary point of contact for residents, working to create positive experiences and foster a welcoming community.
Core responsibilities include:
  • Assist the Community Manager with coordinating and overseeing repairs and unit turnovers
  • Ensure tenant needs are met and foster positive tenant relationships
  • Assist the Community Manager with performing daily, weekly, and monthly property and apartment inspections
  • Work with the Maintenance department and Community Manager to ensure all vacant spaces are market-ready
  • Analyze and review rents
  • Implement practices for expense savings and operational efficiencies
  • Advertise available units using a variety of media and promoting materials
  • Show units to prospective tenants,
  • Provide organizational and administrative support for the management staff
  • Prepare lease documentation in accordance with the community's established policies and procedures
